All orders within the US placed by 12:00pm PST will be shipped the same day. Orders under $150.00 will incur a delivery charge between $14.99 and $19.99, depending on the order value and service selected. We offer standard delivery within 2-3 business days using the FedEx Express delivery service.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes due to FedEx’s regulations. Please make sure your point of delivery is a residential or commercial street address.
Please note: Surcharges may be incurred on heavy items such as shoes, travel bags, and other oversized items. This charge will be added to your shipping cost upon checkout.

Upgrades on delivery options will be shown on our checkout pages and will ship using express mail options provided by FedEx. All orders over $500.00 will require an indirect or direct signature upon delivery. Please contact us either by phone or email if you would like to waive the signature option. We recommend shipping to a location where someone may be present.
Orders are the recipient's responsibility once a package is delivered and or signed for. However, we will help assist with any delivery inquiries once a package is shipped. Please provide your order number when needing assistance.
Shipments to Canada take 2-3 business days via Federal Express and our services, not including tax or duties, cost:
FedEx International Economy - $34.99
FedEx International Priority - $50
RSNG is NOT responsible for brokerage fees, import taxes or duties applied when the package enters the destination country. Customers should consult the customs legislation of their country. Returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the recipient.
If orders are refused by customers at the point of delivery or if there is a chargeback to RSNG for return shipping or duties, the customer is financially responsible and it will be deducted from their credit.
