Returns

US domestic returns

Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you are unhappy with the product for any reason. You have 30 days from receiving your order to pack the undamaged, unworn items in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Domestic orders over $150 are provided with a free return label with the order. All other returns including International orders can be returned at the financial responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. These items will be labeled “(Final Sale)” in the title of the product.

Any returned items that do not meet our guidelines will be rejected and shipped back to the customer. Returns received more than 30 days after the original purchase date will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Please note that refunds can take up to ten working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Once your return is received and processed you will receive a Reimbursement Notification email with an amount refunded.

Returns from Canada

Orders from Canada can be returned at the financial responsibility of the customer. Items should be marked “Returns of no commercial value” for entry to the USA. Returns will not be accepted by RSNG if shipped COD (cash on delivery). It is recommended that packages are shipped insured and with a signature required as the package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches our returns department.

Please be sure all items being sent back to RSNG are new, unworn and with tags attached in original packaging. Credit will not be issued on any shipping or duty fees incurred for either the outgoing shipment or incoming shipment. This is the financial responsibility of the customer.
